How do I import a custom .txt book?
Bible Verse Memo lets you import your own Bible text or custom
content in .txt format. This is useful when you want
a specific translation, personal text, or tailored study content.
For import to work correctly, each verse must be written on a single
line and strictly follow this format:
Genesis.1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
Each line represents exactly one verse. The reference (book, chapter, verse)
is separated from the verse text by a space.
What are valid examples?
Example with full book name:
Genesis.1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
Example with abbreviation:
Gen.1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
Example of a multi-verse file:
John.3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son.
John.3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world.
